Mad,Bad and Dangerous to Know
When I see my best friend On Tuesday its gonna be like

I’ve always been extremely enraptured by Violins. They are beautiful instruments that can produce a wide variety of sounds. Sounds that capture the senses and emotions in a way that is simply breath taking. I recently didn’t become interested in the making of violins until I watched the Miyazaki Movie Whisper of The Heart (If you haven’t seen it go watch it! Watch it now!) I started to wonder if what the character stated about Violins being handmade the same way for many generations was true. Low and behold it was and I read this blur by a Violin making from Illinois named Michael Dalton. Jinkies the process sounds so detailed and intricate. I love how beautifully complex it sounds but I’m also in awe about how sensitive the process is. If one thing goes wrong you spoil everything. Who knew instruments were so very touchy.
